Hi Rick:
Got your messages yesterday and I apologize as I was in meetings all day. We’ve rec’d our umbrella yesterday afternoon and it is absolutely gorgeous! While we have not put it up yet due to a business meeting my husband and I had last night, we plan on setting it up later today. I wanted to thank you for your follow up and diligence with regards to tracking, etc. Now that I know there is really a person behind the website, I am quite pleased in doing business with your company. We have yet to receive the umbrella in Florida; however, I’m sure it will show up any day now. I did get the tracking information yesterday.

Thank you Rick for your quick reply and arranging the shipment of the umbrella so soon after I contacted you. It arrived 2 hours ago but it's too windy today to open it up. It's the most heavy duty umbrella I have ever seen...anywhere...I'm SO happy.
I will surely recommend your website to any of our neighbors because I have a feeling that this umbrella will raise questions, it's so large. I can't wait to see it open and enjoy the shade.

I would like to thank you for making
my shopping experience with you affordable and extremely painless. As
I had explained when I first contacted you a week ago, I needed an offset
umbrella within two weeks for an event that I am hosting at my home on
Saturday. With that said, you not only spent the time to discuss
the umbrella that I was interested in purchasing but you also took the
extra time to discuss the many colors available (which included just the
right color). At this point, it is easy to say that I received really
great customer service as you were really nice, extremely informative,
and patient. However, when my umbrella arrived a whole week early
with "white glove service", I would attest that I received nothing
less than EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE! I cannot thank you enough
for all of your help and for taking the extra steps to ensure that I received
just the right umbrella I wanted prior to my event.

Dear Sir:
I am writing to you to let you know how
happy we are with our new umbrella. We recently bought a new patio set which
included a granite table. Since you can’t drill a hole in the table to
put an umbrella through it, we had to find a cantilever type umbrella. We
priced them locally to find a range anywhere from $1,500 to $2,500 and there
was a 6 six delivery time! I did some research on the internet and came across
your company. We ordered our umbrella from you and had it within a week. Not
only was the timeframe incredible, but so was the quality, price and look of
the umbrella. Not being able to physically see what you’re buying when
you order online can be a little intimidating, especially when you’re
spending $850. I am happy to say we were pleasantly surprised. Thank you
for a wonderful experience.
P.S. The gentleman I called to speak with
at your customer service center, (sorry, don’t remember the name) was
also very friendly and helpful too.
